Effective August 18, 2026

Purpose

Atalanta Technologies Inc. (“Atalanta” or “Enterprise”) has reviewed the personally identifiable information, defined below (“PII”), that the Enterprise, through this website at https://atalantaassembly.com (the “Site”) and Atalanta Assembly (the “Event”), receives, generates, accesses, collects, stores, processes, transmits, and purges in the ordinary course of Atalanta’s business. On that basis, Atalanta has developed this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how Atalanta, through the Site and the Event, receives, generates, accesses, stores, processes, and transmits (“Manage”) PII of users of the Site and guests of the Event (“Site Users”), and the standard of care Atalanta shall endeavor to meet to protect that PII.

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as needed. It is tailored to Atalanta’s operations, the invite-only Event, and the fact that Atalanta does not conduct purchases or sales on the Site.

Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all PII that the Enterprise Manages from or about Site Users as of the effective date. Atalanta does not, at present, have any subsidiary or corporate affiliate, and this policy does not apply to any other business entity. VI. Sharing of PII

Service providers. Atalanta may share PII with third parties who perform services for the Enterprise, including hosting the Site, sending email, and managing Event invitations and check-in. For the Event, this includes Swoogo (invitation, RSVP, and guest records) and Resend (transactional email). Providers may Process PII only as needed to perform those services.

M&A due diligence. Atalanta may share PII with parties to a contemplated corporate transaction under confidentiality agreements, only with the Site User’s prior written consent. If consent is declined, withheld, or not obtained, Atalanta shall not share that PII for due diligence. Consent may be withdrawn in a signed writing sent as described in “How to contact Atalanta”; withdrawal is effective when received and does not affect lawful sharing that already occurred.

VII. California disclosures

For Site Users who are California residents, Atalanta states: Atalanta does not sell your personal information; does not offer financial incentives for its collection or sale; will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights; does not subject your personal information to fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without suitable safeguards; does not re-identify de-identified information; and does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you except as permitted by law.

You may provide a limited set of personal information, including name, email, employer, and Event-related details. The Site does not track browsing for advertising, does not input your personal information into a generative AI model, and does not sell or share personal information with third parties for cross-context advertising. Atalanta uses cookies or similar storage only as needed to operate the Site (for example, to keep a session or access gate).

VIII. Consent and withdrawal

Atalanta may share a Site User’s PII in accordance with any express consent given for specified purposes. Consent is not required, and if it is not given, Atalanta will not share PII on that basis. Consent may be withdrawn by contacting Atalanta; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of Processing before Atalanta receives it.

IX. Updating PII

If PII Atalanta holds is inaccurate or has changed, or if you wish to request correction or deletion, contact Atalanta as specified below. Invited guests may also update certain profile details from their guest pass. Atalanta is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate, unauthorized, or incomplete PII a Site User provided.

X. Legal requirements

Atalanta may disclose selected PII to government authorities or courts when it believes in good faith that law requires it; at the request of authorities conducting an audit or investigation; pursuant to a court order, subpoena, or discovery request; to verify or enforce compliance with Atalanta agreements, policies, or law; or when disclosure is necessary to limit legal liability or protect the rights, interests, or safety of Atalanta, guests, or others.

XI. Retention, location, and purging

Collection, storage, and processing of Site User PII by Atalanta takes place in the United States. Atalanta stores PII according to the purposes for which it is needed and its retention schedules.

Event-related PII is retained as needed to administer the Event and related communications. PII a Site User voluntarily provides will be retained until the earlier of: (i) a written request to purge it; (ii) Atalanta’s decision to purge that category of PII; or (iii) within sixty (60) days after the end of the calendar year in which the PII has been stored for two (2) years. After retention ends, Atalanta will schedule a purge from readily accessible storage. A copy may remain in routine backups that are not readily accessible and will not be shared or sold.

XII. Security

Atalanta has implemented technical and organizational safeguards to protect Site Users’ PII from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved and the nature of the PII.

XIII. Choice and purpose limitation

If PII is to be used for a new purpose that is materially different from that for which it was collected, or disclosed to a non-agent third party in a manner not specified here, Atalanta will provide an opportunity to choose whether to have that PII so used or disclosed.

Atalanta shall only Process PII in a way that is compatible with, and relevant to, the purpose for which it was collected or authorized, and shall take reasonable steps to keep it accurate, complete, current, and reliable for its intended use.

XIV. Changes

Atalanta may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Revisions become effective when posted on the Site. Atalanta will use PII in a manner consistent with the version in effect when it was collected, unless it receives consent to a revised policy.
